Wheeled tractors are power equipment used for traction or driving. They are widely used in our daily agricultural production and transportation. In order to better play their role, it is very important to understand and master the precautions for use and driving operation of wheeled tractors.
Precautions for use
1. Engine idling running-in inspection:
① Carefully check the engine for abnormal noise and abnormal phenomena.
②Check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, and whether the oil pressure indicator is working properly. When any abnormality is found, stop and troubleshoot immediately, and then continue to run-in after troubleshooting.
2. Technical maintenance after running-in
①After parking, release the gear oil of the gearbox and the oil in the hydraulic oil tank while it is hot, and then inject diesel oil, drive the tractor for 1 to 3 minutes with the first and second gears, and raise and lower the suspension mechanism several times for cleaning, then stop and release for washing Diesel, then remove the hydraulic oil pump, wash it in clean diesel, and put it back in place after cleaning. Finally, fill the gearbox and hydraulic oil tank with clean oil according to the specified grades and specifications.
② Turn off the engine, release the oil in the oil pan while it is hot, and clean the oil pan, engine filter and oil filter core. After cleaning, install the machine filter, filter element and oil pan to their original positions, and fill the oil pan with clean oil according to the specified brand specifications.
Driving operation points
1. Getting started
①Release the brake claw of the brake pedal to return the brake pedal
② Depress the clutch pedal and turn the gear lever to the first or second gear. If you cannot engage the gear, you can release the clutch pedal and then depress the clutch pedal to engage the gear.
When the tractor encounters a curve or has to go around when driving, the steering operation should be performed. When it is necessary to turn to the left, turn the steering wheel to the left. After turning, immediately return to the steering wheel or steering handle. When making a sharp turn, you should reduce the throttle first, and then start steering after slowing down. Before turning, turn on the turn indicator to the side of the turn.
3. Gear selection and shift
Choosing the gear correctly can obtain higher production efficiency and economy, and can extend the service life of the tractor. When choosing a gear, you must consider the changes in the load so that the engine has sufficient power reserve to avoid frequent overloading. When the load is light and the working speed should not be too high, a high gear and small throttle can be used to save fuel.
When the engine sound is heavy, the speed drops, and black smoke is emitted, the gear should be lowered to prevent the engine from overloading. Especially when encountering obstacles, it is absolutely not allowed to rush through the clutch by fiercely engaging the clutch, because this will cause early damage to the clutch disc, and the gear will also hit teeth or damage other parts due to impact load.
Wheeled tractors can tow field machinery and perform various field operations, such as plowing, plowing, seeding, harvesting, etc.; can tow trailers for road transportation operations; and can drive threshers, generators and water pumps for threshing, power generation and Irrigation and drainage operations, etc. Wheeled tractors are easy to operate and widely used. The above is the description of the precautions for the use of wheeled tractors and the key points of driving operation. I hope it can be helpful to everyone.
