Ball Mill features

1. Our company’s ball mill use rolling bearing instead of sliding bearing, which save 10%-20% of the energy and at the condition of some power, the capacity is 10%-20% higher;

2. Adopting oil grease to lubricate the gear;

3. The expensive GXYZ is needless when the ball mill support by rolling bearing;

4. Mine ball mill whose diameter over 2700mm can use high pressure motor, pneumatic clutch, gear oil grease lubrication device and low speed driving device for the convenience of turning and repair. These device is optional based on the needs of users;

5. Cast steel hollow shaft, removable liner, gear hobbing machine to process the casting rotate gear, inside of the barrel installed with wearable line with good abrasion resistance. The machine’s performance is stable and reliable.

GMQG high-efficiency ball mill is composed of feeder, discharge opening, rotation part, transmission part (reducer, gear transmission shaft, motor and power control cabinet) and other main parts, which is widely used in black, non-ferrous metal mining, building materials, chemicals, electricity, coal, transportation, light industry and other industrial sectors.

Lattice-type ball mill has lattice panels at the discharge end, with more volume of ball, larger installation power, higher capacity and more coarse discharge granularity and usually used in primary crushing; Spill-over ball mill are usually used in fine grinding without lattice panels at the end and with higher discharge opening, less volume of ball, smaller installation power, lower production capacity and finer discharge granularity.
